From a technical perspective, the Internet is a gigantic copy machine. To see content on the Internet, one must make a copy.

1. The traditional business model of daily newspapers and broadcast television evening news programs has been turned upside down by the Internet. How might news organizations and investigative journalists adapt and use the eight generatives mentioned in Better Than Free?

2. How could the Daily Egyptian continue to give students a voice, while also adapting to the Internet by incorporating some of these generatives? Which ones would you recommend? Briefly describe how you would advise the Daily Egyptian to adapt to a world where some things are Better Than Free.
